Getting there was really simple. Traffic moved along fine, and the parking signs were easy enough to follow, so it was stress-free overall.

I booked my tickets and checked the site before heading over, thinking, okay, this should tell me everything I need to know. The basic info was there, so that helped, but I did find myself wondering about stuff like where exactly to park and what the entry process would be like. It wasn’t a huge issue, but those details could definitely be a bit clearer.

Went to a gig here and the sound was really clear. The vocals came through properly and didn’t get buried, and the bass was big without being ridiculous. I feel like places either always get the balance totally wrong or completely nail it, and this one definitely nailed it. Had a great night

Went to Alexandra Palace for an event and, the staff made things a lot easier from the moment we got there.
We got a bit turned around trying to find the right entrance, which was slightly annoying, but someone pointed us in the right direction without making us feel like we'd asked a daft question. Security were fine too, and the bar staff were friendly, even when it got busy.
Only knocking off a star because the queues got a bit messy in places, but to be fair, the staff handled it well and stayed calm. Overall, a decent experience.
